About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met. This role leads and supports production staff, maintains a safe and efficient work environment, and drives continuous improvement within the facility.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1–2 years of supervisory or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities

• Plan and adjust production schedules and workflows as needed
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet performance goals
