Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent), higher education preferred.
Organized, paying great attention to details.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or 5 years of practical work experience in housekeeping and/or laundry background, preferred.

Responsibilities
Oversee, monitor, and coordinate production team activities, giving importance to individual member's and overall team's achievement of established goals.
Inform Manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations including equipment.
Gain full proficiency in a specific area of discipline and broad range of activities related to the job
Identify employee performance for counseling or appraisal.
Assist Area/Shift Manager with daily workflow.
Maintain sufficient inventory of supplies, goods and products required to complete the scheduled work assignments effectively and efficiently.
Maintain daily activity and productivity reports using designated systems including productivity standards and hourly reports.
Contribute to incident reports for any issues that affect safety, productivity or quality and submits to Manager on Duty.
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and that all safety procedures are followed (name tag, PPE, turning on and off equipment, etc.)
Responsible for production area to be cleaned including pre- and post-shift.
Train new and existing employees to ensure safety.
