About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members Work hours are Monday thru Friday 6pm to 6am

Requirements

• Background in aggregates preferred
• Mining experience preferred (crushing, screening)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate teams
• Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of operations
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
