About The Position

Production Supervisor DMR Technologies Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities across drone assembly, calibration, and testing stations. Ensure production schedules, targets, and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Train, coach, and oversee production team members, maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. Oversee production documentation, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Materials Management to prevent shortages or delays. Support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes by ensuring production readiness. Lead efforts to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput. Enforce safety compliance and participate in regular audits and safety meetings. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to leadership and recommend process improvements. Qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of production or manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in electronics, aerospace, or advanced technology assembly. Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP or MES systems for tracking production performance. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in drone, UAV, or aerospace assembly environments. Technical understanding of electronic components, wiring, and calibration processes. Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ESD-safe handling, testing procedures, and quality control metrics. Requirements
