Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 24 months of experience in Manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in Process Mapping & Standardization (Value Stream Mapping, SOPs)
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
- Data Analysis & Visualization
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of production workers
- Manage daily operations
- Monitor performance
- Provide coaching and resolve conflicts consistent with company policies and procedures
- Track KPIs and recommend corrective actions if targets are not met
- Address production issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve equipment or process failures
- Maintain training records
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training in coordination with HR and trainers
- Provide training and awareness and compliance with SQF, ISO, and Quality Assurance rules and procedures.
