About The Position

The Production Supervisor position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, training, and performance management of the CTAG and Wholesale teams. The primary role of the Production Supervisor is to ensure the daily job responsibilities of the CTAG and Wholesale processing team are completed in compliance with PharmaLink’s SOP’s and Quality Programs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Supervisor role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have basic computer skills, including data entry, Word and Outlook.
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated, and have the ability to perform all tasks within the Processing Department.
  • Demonstrates strong training and instructional skills.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude in a high-performance team environment.
  • Must be available to work overtime upon reasonable notice, including weekends.
  • Must pass background check and random drug screenings.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a diverse work force
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for up to 10 hours a day if needed, with breaks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Assistance is available upon request for lifting packages that exceed 40 lbs. or that are in unstable condition.
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by enforcing all established safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage employees to accomplish work results and comply with systems, policies and procedures.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign work to processors, and revise schedules according to the business needs.
  • Ensure all KPI’s are met and reported to upper management.
  • Work with Quality Department to assure all SOP’s and training documentation is current.
  • Complete performance reviews and create development plans for employees in the department.
  • Order supplies/materials as needed for the department.
  • Other duties as assigned
