About The Position

The Production Supervisor is a key management position with significant involvement and essential responsibility for overall operational results during the off shifts. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor shall safely produce and deliver a quality product and service on time and cost effectively. Responsible for the production of product. Coaches and develops employees on a daily basis to safely produce products with the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements. Production schedules may vary week to week. Candidates must have availability to work on weekends to meet production demands.

Requirements

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
Six years of experience in a related role.
Successful candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process
