Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and oral communications skills
Computer literate, general PC applications; Excel a plus
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Healthcare industry a plus

Responsibilities

Manage Production Associates
Manage production standards
Manage production schedule that delivers required products
Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
Manage product control program to minimize loss: Clean return audits Load-out management
Manage Safety & Health Program: Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
Maintain high associate approval rating

Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-3pm
Position will also cover 1 st Shift (3am-11:30am) and 2 nd Shift (9:30am – 6:30pm) when other supervisors are out on vacation etc .
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 with Bonus eligibility.
