About The Position

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly production employees in a paint manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting employee performance, accountability, and development on the production floor.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and scheduling goals
• Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to production team members
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality; address issues and bottlenecks in real time
• Hold employees accountable to performance, attendance, and safety expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners
• Maintain production and performance documentation
• Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
