About the role We are hiring a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) 200pm-1030pm. This position will be in out Clark NJ Savory and Crystals plants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing required; experience in food manufacturing highly preferred.
  • Authentic leadership with credibility among senior stakeholders and plant leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams to success.
  • Excellent communication skills across all functions and levels of the business.
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Project management experience with practical knowledge of tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading production teams and other staff to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner. Overseeing roughly 15 hourly production personnel.
  • Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve and sustain results.
  • Responsible for implementation of all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant.
  • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes through SAP enterprise software.
  • Leads team members in attaining plant production and quality targets.
  • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met.
  • Maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands.
