About The Position

We are hiring a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) 200pm-1030pm. This position will be in out Clark NJ Savory and Crystals plants. The pay range for this position is $63,600 - $106,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing required; experience in food manufacturing highly preferred.
  • Authentic leadership with credibility among senior stakeholders and plant leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams to success.
  • Excellent communication skills across all functions and levels of the business.
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Project management experience with practical knowledge of tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading production teams and other staff to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner. Overseeing roughly 15 hourly production personnel.
  • Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments to achieve and sustain results.
  • Responsible for implementation of all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant.
  • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes through SAP enterprise software.
  • Leads team members in attaining plant production and quality targets.
  • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met.
  • Maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands.
