Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing and implementing operational procedures
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets
- Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions
- Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility
- Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources
- Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management
