The Production Supervisor leads operations within the refurbishment facility, focusing on meeting production targets while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Requirements

18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in the refurbishment facility, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe workplace
Review and adjust schedules to maximize operational efficiency
Assist in scheduling and managing outside service calls performed by mobile technicians
Maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality product output
Resolve issues and anomalies in the production and refurbishment process quickly and effectively
Train new employees on equipment operation, industry standards and production and refurbishment procedures
Prepare and submit performance reports on production progress and challenges
Coordinate with other supervisors and staff to optimize production techniques and workflow
Enforce strict cleanliness standards in all work areas
Monitor the use and inventories of materials and supplies, alerting management to shortages
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among employees, encouraging a culture of performance and cooperation
Ensure equipment and tools are in proper working order and arrange for maintenance as needed
Communicate effectively with management and other departments to align production with overall business goals

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
