About The Position

BonnaVilla is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Chief team. This position requires working knowledge of manufactured housing or experience in the construction industry. Must be able to delegate to meet production levels, hold employees accountable, work well with other departments and management, while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Knowledge in framing and plumbing preferred. Requirements

  • Have a high regard for quality work.

  • Train and monitor new employee’s, as well as current employee’s in learning new tasks.
  • Required to adhere to plant rules, procedures and policies.
  • Hold employee’s accountable for their work along with all safety work rules, regulations and policies.
  • Understanding of blue prints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately.
  • Must be able to use staple & and nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
