Hours: 3rd Shift 10:00pm - 6:00am with some overlapping of shifts In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for: Direct supervision of production employees; Manage employees as required; Direct daily production meetings to review cell performance and provide training on various safety, production and quality topics; Continuously work to improve performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost); Monitor and participate on machine maintenance tasks; Review and edit employee attendance records daily; Coordinate production with other supervisors and production control personnel daily; Monitor material Kanban and material control procedure compliance; Assure compliance with quality system procedures; Identify and respond to NCN’s and Corrective Action Requests as required; and Assure compliance with all safety procedures. Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $63,000 - $80,000. Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Leadership experience in a production environment
Strong problem solving skills
Proven organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Responsibilities
