PURPOSE: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the day to day production activities and ensuring that production efficiency goals are being met (EFF & MEFF).

Requirements

4 year degree is preferred or equivalent and applicable work experience
3-5 years in a leadership role
Experience leading a team in a fast paced environment
Blown film experience is a must

Responsibilities

Drive safety/food safety and production initiatives
Address mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues within the department
Has oversite for production scheduling to help ensure orders are completed on time
Maintain and improve production throughout and work with the Production Manager to maintain direct labor costs
Other duties as assigned
