Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or technical field
  • Previous leadership experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of production line machinery and processes
  • Familiarity with safety, food safety, and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Skilled in reading technical documents and writing reports
  • Proficiency in basic math and interpreting operational data

Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day production activities and oversee multiple production lines and teams
  • Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor reports and data to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and coach team members-including shift coordinators
  • Lead safety and food safety compliance efforts in alignment with company and regulatory standards
  • Adjust production schedules and priorities based on operational needs
  • Partner with engineering to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Drive team motivation, engagement, and accountability
