About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient production Supervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goals Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Track production metrics and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
