What You'll Do:As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience
  • Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations)
  • High integrity and ethical standards
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management software

Responsibilities

  • Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
  • Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals
  • Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
  • Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
  • Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals
  • Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
  • Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
  • Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
