About The Position

The Production Supervisor at Freudenberg is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations, including quality, cost, delivery, technical applications, safety, and human resources, to meet established goals. The role involves driving target achievement in areas such as productivity, scrap reduction, and quality improvements, while also resolving customer complaints. A key aspect is the implementation of Lean tools for continuous improvement and cost reduction. The supervisor is also tasked with leading and developing cell leaders, technical staff, and production planning personnel, ensuring efficient resource allocation to minimize downtime. The position focuses on delivering a superior customer experience through high reliability and product quality, coordinating compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and managing investment projects within the business unit. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
• Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
• Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

Responsibilities

• Supervise cell leaders, technical staff, and production planning, focusing on people development.
• Ensure minimum downtime and timely completion of activities by prioritizing and managing the team's workload.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience with high delivery reliability and product quality.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance with all legal and internal HSE requirements.
• Plan and execute investment projects within the business unit.
