About The Position

Education and Experience: You have a high school diploma or GED, required. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field is preferred. You are a seasoned people leader and have at least 5 years of supervisory experience within a food/beverage manufacturing environment, required. Prior experience within beverage processing is preferred. You have knowledge with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles, such as IWS, TPM, or six sigma, required.

Requirements

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to multitask
• Strong leadership skills and have demonstrated ability to build strong, effective teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop productive staff and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adjust schedule to support 24/7 Manufacturing Operation, may include working overtime, graveyard shift and/or weekends as needed.
