The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden, NJ facility. The anticipated annual salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. Requirements

A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
Communicates production issues to management
