Overview The purpose of the Production Supervisor is to lead, oversee, and optimize the production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality metal fabrication. This role plays a crucial part in achieving operational excellence by managing and motivating a team of skilled workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment. The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and upholding strict quality control standards. Their leadership and problem-solving skills are instrumental in driving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring a smooth and effective manufacturing operation, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Three to Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulations.
  • Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence.
  • Effective in presenting information and responding to questions from various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, peers, and staff
  • Basic math skills.

  • Regularly required to use hands, reach, and communicate.

Responsibilities
