Requirements

Ability to work rotating 12 hour night shifts
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing production experience, with a preference for plastic manufacturing
Minimum of 1 year of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Process-oriented, with a sound knowledge of SPC & Quality procedures
Knowledge of GMP & Lean manufacturing principles
Interpersonal & communication skills to effectively relate with & motivate people
Experience using computer programs, such as SAP

Nice To Haves

Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all facets of the production line to consistently meet productivity, quality, compliance and safety objectives.
Supervise team member daily activities.
Coordinate work assignments & training, along with providing guidance to solve problems and resolve issues.
Assure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning. This includes quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, compliance with policies & procedures, and team member performance.
Facilitate scheduled work orders, including required materials to fulfill work, ensuring customer requirements are met
Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement
