The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives. Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles. Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility. Create an environment in which employees can work safely. Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications. Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues. Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues Ensure all paperwork for jobs are closed properly. Position Details This position is located in McDonough GA Work Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift, and overtime and weekends as needed (1st shift (5AM- 2PM 2nd shift 1PM - 10PM)
