We are looking for a Day Shift Production Supervisor to help us oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing shift to ensure efficient production. As a Trex Day Shift Production Supervisor, you will be looked to as an innovator in the manufacturing process and expected to manage production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is a key member of our Operations team. Requirements

  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Lead
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational skills
  • Proven ability to create a standard process or procedure

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
