In this role, you’ll lead daily production activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while developing team members and supporting continuous improvement across the plant. Requirements

3-5 years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Up to 10% travel

Responsibilities

Leads department/cell activities and team members to ensure products are produced safely, on time, and within budget.
This role supports daily operations, drives continuous improvement, and helps manage change within the plant.
Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
Identify and resolve production challenges to maintain schedules.
Serve as a communication link between associates and management.
Conduct daily team meetings and monitor production performance.
Remove bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Support standardized work and conduct audits related to safety, quality, and scrap.
Develop and coach associates to strengthen team capability.
Review production schedules, assign work, and ensure efficient operations.
Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and working conditions.
Promote and enforce safety policies and best practices.
