Requirements

• Minimum of an associate degree with 3+ years of related leadership experience (applicable progressive military service a plus) or an equivalent combination of work experience totaling 7+ years.
• Strong people skills with the ability to inspire, respect, and empower team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve goals and drive performance improvements.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and some mechanical knowledge, experience preferred.
• Knowledge of operational systems, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to targets
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
• Ensure consistent product quality according to established standards (SOP)
• Supervise and motivate team of 20+ tire manufacturing personnel
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all safety regulations are followed
• Resolve employee conflict and maintain a positive work environment
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
• Communicate regularly with upper management and other departments
