The Production Supervisor will support the execution of the production schedule. Be the escalation point and coordinator crew members including cross training. This role will also report out production. They will assist in achieving product quality objectives and coordinating activities on the production floor. He or she helps to enforce all GMP’s, product quality, and plant safety policy and procedures. Work Environment: This job operates in a food production and warehouse setting. The floor surface is concrete. The noise level is moderate with no vibration. Material movement takes place throughout the facility. This job also utilizes standard office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines) and requires some work to be completed in an office setting. May be required to cross train on Mutiple production lines Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more with assistance. May require work at heights. Hearing and speaking to exchange information Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment Reaching overhead, above shoulders and horizontally Bending at the waist, kneeling, sitting, or crouching Ability to walk and stand-up during shift
