About The Position

We're looking for a second shift Production Supervisor who's ready to lead, inspire, and drive results. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations--guiding production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
A passion for building strong teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily goals with safety and quality top of mind.
Monitor equipment and processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Deliver key performance metrics and contribute to the overall Wis-Pak strategy.
Organize work schedules and manage employee performance through regular reviews.
Coach and develop team members into future leaders.
Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and solve challenges.
Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, and company policies.
Review production paperwork and verify raw materials in JDE.
Be a hands-on leader--ready to jump in and support your team when needed.
Help interview and onboard new team members.
Ensure training programs set employees up for success.
Act as a bridge between management and production staff.
Support sanitation and recycling initiatives.
Keep food safety documentation accurate and complete.
