Role Overview: As the Production Supervisor, maintains the Residential dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services management team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of two years ofCulinaryexperience
Minimum of two years of Supervisory experience

Preferred –ServSafeManagementCertification

Responsibilities

Maintains established food presentation standards, maintains an organized system of comprehensive record keeping.
Training and supervising all Residential staff.
Ensures the utensils and Residential production area are always safe and sanitary; The C.L.E.A.N. Works! program is followed.
Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
