About The Position

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for JBS/Memphis Tn. Plant.
This position will be responsible for supervision of all aspects of assigned production meat line(s). Take directions from the Production Manager on scheduling, line preparation, and meat production execution. Direct supervisor for assigned production employees. Manages production for day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribed schedules of priorities, production flow, and processing specifications to ensure production efficiencies are met. Evaluates assigned work performance and takes corrective action. Leads, coaches, and trains assigned personnel to work standards and ensured said standards are being followed constantly.

• Meat Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitors and supervise all aspects of assigned production line(s).
• Assumes responsibility for production quality and continuous improvement.
• Assumes responsibility for production-related communication flow and coordination between line workers.
• Ensure that all administration tasks are completed timely and accurately.
