About The Position

The team focuses on providing strong leadership to team leaders and employees, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment through coaching and mentoring. They serve as a key liaison between employees and the company, ensuring clear communication and a safe, issue-free workplace. By driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, problem-solving, and performance process enhancements, the team works to maintain and improve overall production efficiency.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED (Associate Degree strongly preferred)
2+ years of related experience
Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Strong Technical skills (CNC Programming, Trouble shooting, etc.)
Work experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement) preferred
Experience with SAP, MS Project, other project management software
Spanish speaking proficiency is preferred
