Maintain safety, quality, productivity and performance standards, while meeting production goals. Provides support to employees as required .

Requirements

• Good computer skills
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience
• Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use
• General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment

Responsibilities

• Assign workload and priorities to direct and indirect employees
• Maintain product quality and quantity standards regarding output
• Enforce operating policies and procedures
• Provide training and assistance to employees
• Interview candidates for open positions
• Resolve union issues
