Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering preferred.
- Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 5+ years in chemical manufacturing, preferred.
- Proven experience managing chemical production processes (batch/continuous).
- Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain 5S (Level 3).
- Practical experience with a Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) or similar operational excellence framework (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, safety procedures (e.g., PSM), and quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
