Requirements
- Strong manufacturing leadership experience
- Thrives in a structured yet fast-paced setting
- Comfortable managing large teams
- Confident using ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Analyzing production data
- Reading blueprints and measurements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with measurement tools and blueprint reading
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading by example
