About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing safety and USDA regulations, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring all product quality standards are met. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
5+ years of supervisory experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, or related industry
Knowledge of meat processing, safety, and quality standards
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Familiarity with production equipment and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Responsibilities

Enforce plant safety rules and USDA plant regulations
Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal employment laws
Develop and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands
Maintain proper rotation of raw and marinated inventory
Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards
Ensure on-time startups and schedule completion
Oversee accurate and timely timekeeping for staff
Plan and track repairs and maintenance for all equipment
Plan and manage all work orders
Complete special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Assigning and directing daily work
Evaluating performance
Rewarding and disciplining team members
Resolving complaints and addressing problems
Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
