About The Position

The Production Supervisor manages daily production operations, leading teams to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of production/manufacturing experience, 2+ years in supervisory capacity
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in apparel or textile industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate production staff and lead personnel
  • Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet customer deadlines
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics
  • Train, develop, and evaluate team members
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs
  • Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare production reports and communicate with management
  • Manage inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed
