About The Position

The Production Supervisor manages daily production operations, leading teams to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a safe work environment.

Requirements

3+ years of production/manufacturing experience, 2+ years in supervisory capacity
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience in apparel or textile industry preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production staff and lead personnel
Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet customer deadlines
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics
Train, develop, and evaluate team members
Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare production reports and communicate with management
Manage inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering
Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed

Benefits
