Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong coaching and team-building skills
Ability to manage safety, quality, and production priorities
Experience with inventory systems and reporting (ERP systems a plus)

Nice To Haves

Steel or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
Associate degree (or equivalent experience) preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production employees on your shift
Drive safety, quality, and production performance
Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign daily work
Monitor production, materials, and inventory accuracy
Coach, train, and develop team members
Handle employee relations and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
Collaborate effectively across departments and with other supervisors and managers
Complete daily reports and support continuous improvement effort
