About The Position
As a member of the El Paso Plant team, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for production molding and ICB Assembly lines. The production Supervisor (Molding and Assembly) is responsible for front-line leadership in day-to-day operations of a designated production team to include safety, quality, efficiencies, and meeting customer expectations. Setting daily work assignments, ensuring equipment is performing to standard, performing housekeeping checks, scrap reporting, inventory management, and hourly mentoring employees. The production supervisor is also the primary point of contact for the first-response team, managing safety and accidents and reviewing material requirements and practices. They also enforce facility rules for all employees within the workgroup. Provides overall direction to production floor employees in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies.
