Reporting to the Production Area Manager the Production Supervisor for our APOC Swing Shift will have strong attention to quality and detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in the multiple areas of manufacturing finish work in addition to providing successful training and direction to the team. They are also typically hands-on with supporting production activities as well as leading and developing team members as a servant leader. This role is an excellent opportunity for our Adventurer Manufacturing team members to advance their career and gain knowledge/skills.
