As the Production Supervisor - Service, you'll be responsible for planning and reviewing all service and warehouse projects, distributing work, and maintaining quality control. This position also oversees and manages all Service personnel within our Las Vegas production. Our Production Supervisor(s) will report in at the same time as our Production staff - hours of the position are approximately 6:00AM to 3:00PM, with needed flexibility throughout the year. Requirements

  • Bachelors and/or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Must have 3 to 5+ years previous supervisory experience
  • Must be organized and strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Review all service and warehouse projects and qualify of information
  • Plan daily work schedules for team operations
  • Coordinate production plans, management, and similar in tandem with divisional teams
  • Daily approval of personnel time cards and production material requests
  • Support service and warehouse workers by providing needed information, materials and equipment
  • Investigate and complete accident reports, with updates to proper leadership
  • Equipment maintenance including daily, weekly, and monthly required safety checks
  • Oversee and maintain shop cleanliness and organization
  • Carry out union related contract language / initiatives directly by the Operations Director (if applicable)
  • Building security such as; opening and closing daily
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
