About The Position

Arconic is currently in search of a Production Supervisor to join their Plate Mill based in Davenport. The Production Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership and direction to hourly team members to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in an Arconic Business Systems (i.e., Lean manufacturing) as teams are growing and developing. Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe, productive environment and fostering a positive work environment by helping team members learn, grow, and develop. This position will work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) and will require a rotation from day to night (and vice versa) schedule approximately every 3-4 months. Requirements

Access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.
