About The Position
Production Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing and activities that occur within their assigned area of oversight. They detail sequence machine center operations then deploy for execution. They ensure adherence to functional best practices and provide internal customer service so that Woodgrain Millwork goals and objectives may be achieved. They oversee: the safety and cleanliness of their area, WIP handling activities and personnel, compliance with all policies and procedures, and are accountable for their area/team performance. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet all the essential responsibilities and perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
