About The Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of over 20 individuals in a yarn manufacturing environment, ensuring the safety of all associates while maintaining production and quality requirements. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in running multiple products simultaneously and implementing effective production schedules. The supervisor will also handle associate disciplinary proceedings and lead by example.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Textile experience required.
• 3 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills or background in process engineering is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good mathematical and computer skills, preferably using Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of prior experience in textiles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
