About The Position

Overseeing shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance on our weekend shift. Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am - 6pm. Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability. Managing workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results. Managing KPIs and provides production reports to the Production Manager. Working with production team to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives. Encouraging safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel. Achieving acceptable quality and OTD requirements. Improving efficiency, productivity and reduce scrap to achieve product cost targets. Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years in a Manufacturing Supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Access).
• Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing; Multi-tasking abilities are a must.
• Bachelor's degree or some continuous education in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
