Requirements

Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of equipment, processes, and production flow
Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for team development, efficiency, and quality

Responsibilities

Ensure Safety & Quality: Uphold high standards for workplace safety, product quality and operational excellence.
Lead & Supervise: Oversee a talented production team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality output.
Optimize Production: Manage workflow, solve problems, and improve processes to meet and exceed production goals.
Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and support employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline production and boost efficiency.
