As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the coordination of all first line management functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, and safety. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
• 1+ years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department.
• Manage and execute weekly production schedules.
• Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory's continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality check points and within 'Good Manufacturing Practices.'
• Support Total Performance Management (TPM).
• Lead by example as you enforce a safe working environment for associates.
