Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team in a cleanroom environment.
• Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Emphasize a culture of safety at the location.
