About The Position

The Production Supervisor - Chiller Rehang at Pilgrim's is responsible for overseeing the productivity and efficiency of the production line while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves training employees, managing performance, and promoting a positive work environment. The supervisor must be willing to work nights and occasionally on weekends.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in the poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Previous leadership experience managing 20 or more employees.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
