About The Position

The Production Supervisor for the Bottle Line Production is responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced in a safe and accurate manner. This role involves training, developing, and managing employees according to established company standards to maximize production efficiencies. The position operates on the 2nd shift, with hours from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 Year / Associate Degree in operations management, business management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of food production experience.
• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in operations management, business management, or related field.
• Knowledge of the beverage industry and high-speed packaging machines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and develop employees to ensure they perform job duties according to established standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, including OSHA and safety compliance.
• Oversee daily operations of production lines and prioritize tasks for the work group.
• Communicate with co-workers and other employees regarding production status and departmental activities.
• Complete, review, and maintain daily production reports, quality check sheets, and safety records.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
• Work assigned schedule and exhibit regular attendance, working outside normal hours as needed.
• Contact suppliers regarding issues with raw materials.
• Operate production equipment to ensure continuous operation during breaks.
